Korbin Young has diverse work experience in project and program management. As a certified Project Management Professional he has delivered 33 SAP enhancement projects, 3 full cycle implementations, and was a team member of 1 upgrade project. At Canada Post Corporation he gained valuable experience in the diverse facets of SAP as both a process owner and hands on configuration in the areas of Materials Management and Sales Distribution within a SAP IS Retail environment. At SEAL International he lead end-to-end IS Retail implementations, from pre-sales to post go-live support. Leading discovery sessions, preparing request for proposals and creating solution architecture plans, he has proven his ability to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget, managing information and people. He is a highly motivated project manager with proven resourcefulness and ability to aid any organization in attaining their objectives. At Tactical ERP he has had the pleasure of working with firms to optimize their supply chains. Implementing technical solution and business processes to deliver value through: more accurate forecasts, correct purchase requisitions, and streamlined PO processes.
